Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a small team of marketing and fundraising specialists to realise RNLI's fundraising objectives.
- Maintaining excellent and effective relationships with key customers, stakeholder groups and agencies.
- Planning, managing and delivering multiple campaigns and interventions to achieve team income targets.
- Overseeing the team's product portfolio and contact plan, using data and insight to optimise multiple channels.
- Increasing LTV across all supporters by creating donor‑centric journeys from sign‑up through conversion to legacy enquiry.
- Experience delivering marketing strategies that achieve impactful campaigns with strong financial results.
- Ability to use trends and data to influence product delivery.
- Problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering best outcomes for volunteers and supporters.
- Confident people‑management skills with experience coaching and supporting others to achieve results.
- Extensive experience managing media agencies and collaborating with creative and digital experts.
As an experienced fundraising marketeer, you'll be comfortable planning multi‑channel campaigns with ambitious financial targets and be passionate about the donor experience, keeping supporters front of mind while delivering a product portfolio that generates a strong return on investment.
