Operating Department Practitioners and Registered Nurses

We are looking for dedicated and dynamic staff to join our experienced teams to support in the safe delivery of care and engage with the trust transformation and strategic vision. With our focus on quality, safety, transformation and service development, we are increasing our operating theatre suite and are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic people, to join our expanding theatre department delivering a 24 hour service.

Experience in the department is desirable but not essential. You will join our extensive theatre team with multiple skills to enable you to gain further knowledge and advance your career.

• Support safe delivery of care within operating theatres.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in a 24‑hour operating theatre service.
• Engage with trust transformation and strategic vision.

• NMC registered Nurse (Advanced Diploma/Degree in Adult Health Nursing).
• HCPC registered ODP (Dip (HE) Operating Department Practice).

Location:

UHD - Poole Hospital with cross site working in Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
