Overview
Can you see yourself working within our Women's Health Team? We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Band5 Registered Nurse to join our friendly Women’s Health Team. You will provide safe, effective nursing care, support and advice to women attending our outpatient gynaecology clinics and a range of specialist services.
Responsibilities- Set up procedural clinics, including aseptic equipment set‑up, notes and documentation.
- Assist the consultant during procedures.
- Advocate for patients during procedures.
- Provide post‑procedure advice.
- Order stock and pharmacy supplies.
- Offer post‑procedure care to unwell patients, including active monitoring and escalation of deteriorating patients.
- Complete RTT outcome forms after clinics and encourage patients to complete feedback forms.
27.5 hours per week, with a mix of long days (08:30‑17:30), early shifts (08:30‑13:30) and late shifts (13:00‑18:00).
FlexibilityAll staff are expected to work flexibly across our Trust sites to meet service needs.
