Permanent part-time position offers 30 hours per week on a consistent 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off roster, with morning shifts only. You'll work a mix of 6:45am to 3:15pm and shorter 7:00am to 11:00am shifts, giving you predictability and valuable time outside of work.

Located in Ilam, Christchurch, Bupa Parkstone Care Home is a 95-bed facility providing rest home, hospital, dementia, and care suite services, including a dedicated 21-bed dementia unit. The size and diversity of the home create a varied clinical caseload where experienced nurses can apply advanced assessment skills, lead shifts confidently, and play a key role in care planning and resident outcomes.

• Roster Pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)

• Current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate
• NZ aged care experience preferred; other RN backgrounds considered
• Demonstrated improvements in care plans, assessments and documentation quality
• Identifies health changes early and acts to ensure safety
• Communicates effectively with residents, whānau, teams and providers
• Maintains clinical standards, accurate documentation and quality improvement
• Confident using clinical systems, records and reporting tools.
