We’re hiring a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a well‑equipped first‑opinion small‑animal practice in Poole
. You’ll see a varied caseload with the scope to shape the diary around your strengths.

• Deliver high‑quality consultations and routine surgery
• Work cases up with digital x‑ray, ultrasound and in‑house lab
• Collaborate with a capable nursing and client care team
• Contribute to clinical discussions and protocol improvements
• Option to mentor juniors and support a positive, learning culture

• MRCVS with good all‑round first‑opinion experience
• Comfortable with routine soft‑tissue surgery and dentistry
• Clear, confident communication with clients and colleagues
