We are seeking a dedicated & experienced Gardener to join our client’s team at a peaceful ground set within the Dorset countryside. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining natural landscapes, and values conservation-led land management.

• General grounds and horticultural maintenance.
• Planting, pruning, mowing, strimming, and seasonal tasks.
• Caring for woodland and meadow habitats in line with ecological principles.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards.
• Using tools and machinery safely and responsibly.
• Ensuring the grounds remain safe, tidy, and welcoming at all times.

• Experienced in horticulture, gardening, or grounds maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in planting, pruning, and general garden care.
• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Passionate about nature, conservation, and working outdoors.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Respectful and professional in a sensitive environment.

Relevant horticultural qualifications and experience in natural or conservation-led settings are desirable but not essential.

• Salary of up £36,000 per annum.
• Family-friendly working hours.
• 28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), increasing after 3 years’ service.
