Inspecting PCBs and electronic assemblies to IPC standards
Leading and motivating a small quality team
Distributing work effectively to meet production deadlines
Completing administrative tasks accurately and on time
Ensuring compliance with quality processes and documentation

As an Electronics Quality Team Lead, your experience will include:

Proven experience in electronics inspection and quality control
IPC certification and strong understanding of industry standards
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work methodically and maintain high attention to detail
