Quality Engineer | Poole | £30,000 (depending on experience)

A well-established manufacturer in the Poole area is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team. Working within a highly regulated, precision-focused environment, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across the business.

As a Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting final inspection activity to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings
Managing First Article Inspection and reporting
Carrying out internal audits of the Quality Management System
Preparing documentation for external audits
Monitoring and reporting on quality metrics
Managing non-conformance and supporting root cause corrective action
As a Quality Engineer, you will need:

Proven experience in a quality role within manufacturing, engineering, or a related production environment
Hands-on experience in inspection, auditing, or a quality assurance function
Familiarity with quality management systems such as AS9100 or ISO 9001
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
