Quality Assurance Inspector/Engineer/Technician (FMCG)
Poole, England
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum+ Training+ Progression+ Pension+ Benefits
We are inviting experienced QA professionals within the FMCG, Compliance or Manufacturing sectors to join a well‑established, family‑owned business renowned for premium quality workmanship across the Southwest.
Role- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits and inspections of products and production processes.
- Lead investigations into product non‑conformities and customer complaints.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality practices and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics.
- Previous working experience in a QA role or a related position.
- Background within the FMCG, Compliance or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
