Quality Assurance Inspector (FMCG)
Poole, England
£30,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Pension + Benefits
Role- Development and implementation of QA policies and procedures
- Conducting audits and inspections of both products and production processes
- Leading investigations for any product non‑conformities and/or customer complaints
- Providing training and guidance to staff on quality practices and regulatory requirements where applicable
- Preparing detailed reports on quality metrics
- Previous working experience in a Quality role or a related position
- Background within the FMCG/Compliance/Manufacturing industry or a related field
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Confidence to work both as part of a team and autonomously
