Chef de Partie

About you…

We are looking for a hardworking Chef de Partie to join our team. Our kitchen can get extremely busy, so having previous high volume experience is preferred
. In order to be suitable for this role, you must:

• be a team player

• be presentable & have awareness of personal hygiene
• have excellent food & hygiene standards
• be adaptable and flexible with the demands of the role
• have excellent time management and organisational skills

• Assist the kitchen team in daily preparation and cooking of food
• Serve and prepare food promptly and professionally
• Maintain a good understanding of menu options
• Responsible for taking and recording food/fridge temperatures
  
  Inform Head Chef of food supplies required
• Ensure equipment is functional and cleaned to high standards
• Coach and support less experienced chefs
• Maintain all Health and Safety measures

• At least 1 years' experience working in a similar position
• Must be able to speak and understand good English
• Food hygiene level 2 (preferred)
