We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Poole – a beautiful coastal town on Dorset’s stunning south coast. With its vibrant shopping areas, bustling quay, and friendly community, Poole offers a great setting to build your career in retail.

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to lead the team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive store performance. You’ll help to create a positive, motivating environment where both customers and colleagues feel valued.

• Support Leadership:
  Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Drive Sales:
  Use commercial insight to identify opportunities and help implement effective sales strategies.
• Operational Support:
  Oversee daily operations and ensure the store runs smoothly in the Store Manager’s absence.

Previous retail or supervisory experience is desirable, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.
