You can find us by the entrance to the Dolphin Centre - a very short walk from both the bus and train station. We are proud to deliver exceptional eye and hearing care in a modern, welcoming environment at the heart of the local community. Our large and vibrant store is equipped with state-of-the-art testing technology, including fully equipped test rooms, spacious consulting areas, and a stylish retail space offering a wide range of frames to suit every customer.

Conveniently located with excellent public transport links the store is ideal for team members travelling from across the area. The team at our Poole Specsavers store is made up of friendly, dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer care. With a strong mix of experienced optometrists, optical assistants, and support staff, the team works collaboratively to create a welcoming and supportive environment for both customers and colleagues. There is a real focus on development and teamwork, with colleagues supporting one another to achieve both personal and store goals.

If you’ve got all these skills, we’d love for you to apply, but there’s also some desirable experience that could set you apart from the competition if you have it. This includes:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
