Supervisor – JD Sports

As a Supervisor, you will support the smooth operation of the shop floor, ensuring customers leave feeling valued. You will lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift and maintain high service and presentation standards.

• Deliver excellent JD service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised and aligned with JD’s brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up and supporting accurate till operations.

• Previous supervisory or team‑leader experience in a fast‑paced retail or customer‑facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness and the ability to promote JD Group values.

• Energetic, hands‑on leader who thrives in a busy, fast‑moving store environment.
• Confident problem‑solver with strong customer‑resolution skills.
