Retail Shift Manager Overview
£ per hour – 35 to 40 hour contract. Shifts run from 05:00am to 00:00am. The role includes 30–35 days holiday (pro rata) and a 10% in‑store discount.
Responsibilities- Manage operations within your store and support colleagues absent the Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager.
- Oversee store freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure smooth shift operation.
- Deliver excellent customer experience on every visit.
- Motivate and develop staff, fostering a proactive and encouraging team environment.
- 30–35 days holiday (pro rata)
