Matalan is seeking a General Sales Assistant - Keyholder to deliver friendly, efficient service and support the store team in Poole. You will engage customers, drive sales and embody our values to create a welcoming shopping experience.
You’ll cover opening and closing duties, support leadership, and interact with customers across the shop floor, till area and stock room. No previous retail experience required—just a can‑do attitude and a passion for helping customers.
