• Act as a resilient and committed brand ambassador, confidently recommending and selling our newest food products.
• Provide remarkable service to ensure customers feel truly valued.
• Operate in a high‑pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods, and going above and beyond to serve, sell, fill and help drive sales growth.
• Utilise digital tools such as Sparks and in‑store devices to enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive, high‑energy team environment.
• Adapt flexibly across various areas of the store, responding to changing retail demands.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Comfortable using digital tools and in‑store devices.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable to variable shift patterns and store roles.
