Matalan is seeking a General Sales Assistant – Keyholder to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations. You will be part of a fast-paced retail team, working across shop floor, till, and stock room to ensure a positive in-store experience.
You will assist the management team, potentially lead open/close procedures, and contribute to sales while upholding Matalan values. This role offers exposure to leadership responsibilities and a dynamic work environment.
