Boat​/Yacht Broker

Parkstone Bay Yachts is a long-standing brokerage, which has adapted over the years to an ever-changing market. Our emphasis now is on growing our online presence, especially through the use of social media, You Tube reviews and boat videos.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Boat/Yacht Broker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in yacht sales and client relationship management. As we are a small team, the role will be diverse, varied and allow a bit opportunity for making a difference.

• Manage the sale and purchase of boats and yachts from listing to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
• Source new listings and generate sales leads
• Conduct viewings, negotiations, and contract management
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and vessel specifications

• Proven experience as a boat or yacht broker
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good knowledge of the marine industry and vessel types
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
