Car Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Car Sales Executive in Poole, Dorset.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

Manage an extensive inventory of used vehicles on-site
Engage customers effectively, providing excellent customer service
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of all vehicles and finance options
Build strong long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Assist with dealership administration related to sales transactions

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience in car sales, ideally as a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Valid UK driving licence
Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as scheduled
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment

Nice to Have

Skills:

Main Dealer experience
Knowledge of the Dorset area and surrounding markets
Additional certifications related to automotive sales

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably within a dealership setting

Other Requirements:

Valid UK driving licence
Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as scheduled
Willingness to learn and adapt as the dealership expands offerings
