As a Telesales Executive, your experience will include:

Previous telesales or outbound calling experience is essential
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Strong organisational and diary management abilities
Confidence handling objections and engaging with customers
Good computer and CRM skills
A positive, target-driven attitude and a reliable, professional approach
