Support Regional Technical Managers with customer enquiries and area development Identify and qualify promising sales leads from multiple sources Handle technical product enquiries and requests for literature or samples Organise, register, and help secure bookings for CPD seminars Manage and follow up on contractor lists, sales leads, and live projects Maintain and update the company's CRM system and database records As a Technical Sales Support, your experience will include:
Experience in a customer-facing or sales support role Confidence using CRM systems, or a willingness to learn quickly Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple enquiries at once Interest in developing technical product knowledge in the construction or waterproofing sector Experience arranging events, training sessions, or seminars is an advantage You'll be joining at a point where your input on CRM and contractor management genuinely shapes how the desk runs, and where technical knowledge you build early on opens doors later.
