• Previous telesales or outbound calling experience is essential
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Strong organisational and diary management abilities
• Confidence handling objections and engaging with customers
• Good computer and CRM skills
• A positive, target-driven attitude and a reliable, professional approach
