Connells Group is looking for an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Poole
. You’ll help people find their next home, negotiate sales and build a career where your results are recognised and rewarded.

You’ll be involved from the first enquiry through to handing over the keys:

• Build relationships with buyers and understand what they’re looking for
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Generate new business and book property valuations
• Negotiate offers and agree sales
• Keep buyers and sellers updated as sales move towards completion
• Introduce customers to our branch Mortgage Advisor

• Ideally, experience in estate agency, sales or a customer-facing role
• Confidence starting conversations and building relationships
• Motivation to work towards targets and earn commission
• An organised approach and the resilience to follow up opportunities
• A commitment to giving customers a great experience
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• £25k basic salary with uncapped commission
