Job Description £25k Basic Salary | Uncapped Commission | Full Training | Career Progression Connells Group is looking for an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Poole . You’ll help people find their next home, negotiate sales and build a career where your results are recognised and rewarded.

The Role You’ll be involved from the first enquiry through to handing over the keys:
Build relationships with buyers and understand what they’re looking for Arrange and conduct property viewings Generate new business and book property valuations Negotiate offers and agree sales Keep buyers and sellers updated as sales move towards completion Introduce customers to our branch Mortgage Advisor

What You’ll Bring Ideally, experience in estate agency, sales or a customer-facing role Confidence starting conversations and building relationships Motivation to work towards targets and earn commission An organised approach and the resilience to follow up opportunities A commitment to giving customers a great experience A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle What’s in It for You?
