As Lead Service Coordinator at BCHA, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of a supported accommodation service for young people with a range of support needs. This is more than just providing accommodation—it's about creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can build confidence, develop independence and take positive steps towards their future.

You'll lead a dedicated team of Support Workers, ensuring support is person‑centred, trauma‑informed and delivered within a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE). Working closely with the Senior Practitioner, you'll inspire your team to provide consistent, high‑quality support that helps young people overcome barriers and achieve their goals.

• Lead and support a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding, person‑centred support.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring a safe, welcoming and supportive environment.
• Embed trauma‑informed and psychologically informed approaches throughout the service.
• Support young people to develop independence, resilience, confidence and essential life skills.
• Work in partnership with Social Care, Education, Health and Mental Health Services and other local agencies to provide coordinated support.
• Build strong relationships with community organisations, training providers and employers to create opportunities for young people.
• Work alongside the Senior Practitioner and wider leadership team to continually improve and develop the service.
