As an Import Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Managing import shipments from arrival to delivery for both air and sea freight
Overseeing customs documentation and compliance requirements
Liaising with airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, and third-party providers
Maintaining accurate shipment data and financial records
Resolving operational challenges to ensure timely deliveries
As an Import Operator, your experience will include:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Previous experience in import operations (air and sea preferred)
Commercial awareness and analytical skills (advantageous)
