Overview
A busy logistics depot is looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator to support afternoon and evening operations.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with pallet network, warehouse, or transport experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate pallet network activity between warehouse and transport teams
- Allocate, label, and scan pallet network freight (95%+ accuracy)
- Organise trunk segregation and manage local-held freight
- Support national logistics operations, including driver debriefs
- Communicate with pallet networks, drivers, and customers
- Operate a counterbalance forklift during peak periods
- Transport or warehouse operations experience (pallet networks desirable)
- Valid counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator able to work under pressure
- Basic IT skills for scanning and manifesting systems
- Stable afternoon / evening shift
- Well-structured logistics environment
- Long-term opportunity with progression potential
