LGV​/HGV C+E Class 1 Driver

Brand new pay rates from 1st February 2026 - Basic rates starting from £16.50 per hour.

We are now looking to recruit for Class 1 Drivers for our Poole site on a Full Time and Permanent Position.

In your role as a LGV Driver, you will be operating refrigerated articulated vehicles, delivering and collecting chilled stock from Local and Regional Distribution Centres as well as Farms and Packhouses across the UK.

Salary/Hourly Rates:

• Basic rates of pay -£16.91per hour - £21.98per hour
  (Depending on Shift and Start Time).
• Overtime rates of pay -£19.45per hour - £21.98per hour
  (Depending on Shift and Start Time).

Shifts:
Various shifts & start times across the week .

• 4ON 4
  
  OFF.

• Possession of LGV C+E Licence
• Current DCPC
• Newly qualified drivers considered
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and Current Drivers Hours Desirable but full training can be provided
• Ability to Work Effectively and Accurately in a Fast Paced Environment
• Effectively Prioritise Workload in Order to Meet Set Deadlines
