Overview
CLASS 2 REFUSE DRIVER – based in the Poole and Bournemouth area. Fully paid training provided. Potential of becoming permanent following a successful trial period. Minimum 37 hours per week with optional overtime available. Starting pay rate £14.82ph increasing to £15.33ph after 12 weeks. Overtime available at enhanced rates.
Schedule- Monday to Friday
- Afternoon shifts
- 2pm starts
- £14.82ph PAYE Monday to Friday
- Overtime available £22.23ph
- Duties include collection of industrial bins from private addresses.
- Weekly pay
- Online payslips
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave 2026 pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Pension contribution
- Choice of long term, short term and odd days or weekends available
- Flexible shift pattern
- Possible permanent positions following successful trial period
- Ongoing assignments throughout 2026
