Monday to Friday – Day shift – Early finish Friday

Holt Engineering is currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Picker Packers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a supportive team environment, with ongoing work available for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing orders accurately
Loading and unloading deliveries
Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting general warehouse operations as required

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience essential, picking experience is advantageous
Good attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
