As an Operations Leader Trainee in White Cap’s Career Development Program
, you will engage in on‑the‑job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and partner with your manager to develop skills and knowledge that accelerate your career through a 12–18 month training program. You will learn everything from the warehouse to customer service, management, and beyond.

Operations Leader Trainee – Program Overview
  • Rotational assignments in various segments of the business with on‑the‑job training.
  • Dedicated resources to support a successful long‑term career path.
  • Tailored learning curriculum with leadership development, operations training, and systems training.
  • Robust support system:
    Regional Advocate, Mentor, and process coaches.
  • Exposure to Senior Leadership throughout the program.
  • Capstone project presenting to White Cap leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
  • Able to start between March and June 2026.
  • Energetic, professional, goal‑oriented attitude.
  • Strong operations focus with ability to partner with customers and build a team.
  • Strong communication skills with team members and customers.
