Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by preparing accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers. You’ll document damage, specify parts and repairs, and align with the team to meet KPIs.
You will ensure clear communication, follow insurance program requirements, and participate in daily team activities. Minimum one year DRP experience and I-CAR training are preferred. This role reports to the Store Manager.
