Site Development Estimator & Project Manager – prepare cost estimates for large residential, commercial, and industrial projects. After being awarded the project, manage the workflow, customers’ expectations, schedules, and vendor relations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have- Working knowledge of Agtek
- Working knowledge of Hard Dollar, B2W, or HCSS
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Schedule
- Startup and Closeout Experience with the local government agencies
- 3-7 years experience
- Plan Review
- Takeoffs
- Bidding
- Submittal Management
- Customer Interaction
- Field to Office coordination
- Quantity Tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
