Now hiring Customer Service Representative
Location: Pooler, GA
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities- Do inbound and outbound calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and issues
- Handle emails and live chats with a helpful, can-do attitude
- Troubleshoot problems and find fast, friendly solutions
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, services, and system updates
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Meet daily performance goals for call volume, resolution time, and quality
- Collaborate with teammates to keep things running smoothly
- Represent the company with professionalism and positivity-every time
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Clear communication skills-both spoken and written
- Patience, empathy, and a calm presence under pressure
- Tech‑savvy: able to navigate computer systems and multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up for your team
- Great listening skills and a solution‑first mindset
- Able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment
- A positive attitude and a desire to help people-every single day
