Position Summary
This position is to work as part of a team responsible for the development of both commercial and military enhanced vehicles.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities- Conduct development tests on new products
- Set-up and calibrate instrumentation for measuring pressures, temperatures, strain levels
- Write timely and accurate test and development reports
- Carry out regular risk assessments and ensure health and safety is at the forefront of daily tasks
- Develop test procedures and customer acceptance standards
- Problem analysis and the proposal of design solutions
- Design, commission and operate test rigs
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering or related field
- Experience with engineering/design in a manufacturing environment
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks and any pre‑employment tests as applicable.
- Hands on experience with development
- Knowledge of skid steer machines, telehandlers and backhoe loaders
- Experience working to military standards and contracts
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Good analytical skills with a practical balance of shop floor experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
- Highly motivated self‑starter
- Detail oriented
- Creative problem‑solving skills
- Multi‑task while maintaining a sense of urgency
- Flexibility with work activities
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
- Detailed understanding of hydraulic systems
- Competent off‑highway machinery operator
- 3D CAD skills, preferably Unigraphics
- Work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated can‑do attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Aspects SAP
- Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment
- Subject to noise and temperature changes
