Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) help amazing kids ages 2‑6 grow, learn, and thrive through one‑on‑one ABA therapy.

Competitive pay starting at $18/hour
, with a $250 sign‑on bonus if you are already certified. If you’re not yet certified, we provide hands‑on training.

Guaranteed 40‑hour work week — no guessing your hours.

No weekends —
Monday to Friday, 8:25 AM – 4:30 PM

• High School Diploma or GED (college experience a plus)
• A heart for kids and a passion for helping others
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification and pass a background check
• RBT certification or willingness to train and earn it with us (we cover the cost)
• $50 monthly attendance bonus
• $50 monthly documentation accuracy bonus
