In this role, you’ll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families. You will work on a team cleaning rooms, making our bathrooms shine, and ensuring guests rest easily after a busy day.

As an essential team member, you will work with friendly, customer-focused team members completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and keeping rooms clean.

• No previous cleaning experience required.
• Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Perform various cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to standards.
• Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience with friendly service and a Service +1 attitude.
• Help maintain a positive work environment; weekend shifts may be required as Drury Hotels are open 7 days.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Solid knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and crouch as needed.
• Ability to lift 25–35 pounds intermittently.

• Reports to the Executive Housekeeper/General Manager
• Maintains positive working relationships with all hotel departments
