Your Role as an Assistant Site Leader

As an Assistant Site Leader, you’ll support the Site Leader in overseeing various aspects of site operations, focusing on team support, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Development & Support: Assist the Site Leader in recruiting, training, and supporting team members, helping to build a positive, motivated culture aligned with Whistle Express’s values.
  • Customer

    Experience:

    Ensure every customer receives exceptional service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and promoting our unlimited wash memberships and services.
  • Operational Excellence: Help maintain daily operations, ensuring equipment functionality, upholding safety standards, and supporting the “Sparkle Assurance” quality our customers expect.
  • Sales Support: Partner with the Site Leader to achieve sales goals by promoting memberships, upselling services, and implementing promotions that drive growth.
  • Problem‑Solving & Decision Making: Assist in resolving customer concerns, addressing operational challenges, and making proactive decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and site performance.
