What You’ll Do:- Prepare delicious menu items quickly and efficiently following food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
- Maintain proper quality parameters to ensure every dish meets our high standards.
- Work closely with team members and/or guests to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Lift and carry items weighing between 10-55 lbs as needed.
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members to enhance the dining experience.
- Cheerful, positive attitude with a genuine love for serving and helping others.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Ability to maintain eye contact, smile, and make emotional connections with guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- At least 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work weekends and weekdays with flexible scheduling.
- Ability to stand for several hours and wear a facemask properly during shifts.
- Flexible schedules including closed Sundays for a better work-life balance.
