Role Details:

• This position takes place within a retail environment, where you'll interact directly with customers, creating a personalized shopping experience.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and advice to customers.

• Address and resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals, support store initiatives, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• A college degree in a relevant field, or minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or management.

• A genuine enthusiasm for building relationships and enhancing the customer experience.

• A readiness to engage in comprehensive paid training to hone your skills.

• Work fully on-site
