Member Assist Cart Attendant – Sam’s Club

Base Pay Range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

• Assist members with carts, load vehicles, and provide a positive first/last impression.
• Maintain a well‑kept parking lot and ensure carts available.
• Help members with purchases, answer questions, and facilitate speedy transactions.
• Keep the area clean, neat, and member‑ready; conduct safety sweeps; follow company policies for safety, merchandise handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Resolve member issues, notify members about pickup delays or product availability, and offer alternatives.
• Use cash registers, process payments, assist with various membership and payment types, and maintain cart availability.
• Collaborate with managers and co‑workers, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change.

• Experience in a fast‑paced customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent communication and multi‑tasking skills.
• Reliability – able to stand for long periods of time.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Positive attitude, courteous with members.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
