Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary

Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases, assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types. Provides Pharmacy products and services to Members in accordance with Company policies and procedures, assists with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocks and secures Pharmacy supplies and merchandise, enters prescription information or files prescriptions, and completes and maintains paperwork, forms, and other required documentation.

Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area, organizes and maintains the Pharmacy area by following Company procedures, utilizes equipment appropriately, merchandises, and completes paperwork logs and other required documentation. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, implements related action plans, uses the Open Door Policy, and applies these in executing business processes and practices.

Wage Details

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.50 - $23.50. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
