AE - Stock Associate

Your Role

As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• You are a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving and do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• You are a master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a game plan, and take action to correct them.
• You always prepare to step in and help fellow team members with non-stock-related tasks or assist with guests.
• You prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor, following Asset Protection standards and adhering to AEO's policies and procedures.

• You have strong organization and attention to detail, with priority-setting and time management skills.
• You have flexible availability – early mornings, late evenings, weekends.
• You have prior experience in a stock-related role.
