Aerie - Stock Associate

Overview

As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You’ve got a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you’re able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

Job Description

Your Role — You can t buy product if it s not on the floor, right?!

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising to support on-floor availability.
• Maintain an organized Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay orderly.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to implement it.
• Support teamwork by assisting fellow team members with non stock-related tasks or helping guests as needed.
• Prioritize safety: follow asset protection standards and AEO policies and procedures on both the Stockroom and Sales floor.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
• Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave; REAL rewards may be provided at AEO s discretion.
