• Provide a prompt, efficient and courteous customer experience
• Respond to and resolve customers’ requests and concerns
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operate the cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations
• Lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Perform job‑related duties as assigned
• Provide backup duties in the absence of management, including but not limited to completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan‑ogram compliance, inventory ordering, product count and equipment maintenance, and training new employees

• Must be 18+ years of age (state requirements: 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee and Utah)
• High school diploma / GED or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to lift upổng 50 pounds occasionally
• Must have dependable transportation
