Essential Functions

Present, promote, and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales techniques.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Educate customers on promotions, memberships, and products to enhance their service experience.

Maintain relationship management skills and be receptive to feedback.

Minimum Requirements

Physical ability to walk/stand for prolonged periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
Sense of urgency with a friendly and courteous attitude.

Skills

Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in membership sales.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
