Become one of our Sales Associates by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers through stocking the shelves and building and maintaining displays, and partnering with nationally recognized customers such as Walmart, Publix, Target, and more. Serve as an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry-leading snacks.

• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelez’ visit method to cover teammates as needed.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure the Sales Representative’s negotiations with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid REAL r’s license (or U.S. passport or federal ). This role services a military base facility where a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal  required for access.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced work environment and to meet defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs when moving products from stock rooms to store shelves.
• Live within 25‑35 miles of the primary location:
  Savannah, GA.
• Ability to drive to secondary locations:
  Pooler, GA;
  Hilton Head, SC.
• Full schedule availability required.
• Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.

• Base salary range: $31,300 to $54,400, depending on experience, skills, education, and location.
• Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results.

Some benefits have eligibility requirements; many are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
