Overview

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Talent Advisor to join our fast-paced staffing agency. This role is ideal for a sales-minded professional who thrives under pressure, excels at building relationships, and can fill positions on short notice. The Talent Advisor will play a key role in recruiting, business development, and client management, with a clear growth path into a Branch Manager position.

If you are a go-getter who enjoys cold calling, B2B sales, and wearing multiple hats while growing your career, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively source, recruit, screen, and place candidates to meet urgent client needs

  • Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting, and B2B sales

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

  • Manage multiple open requisitions and fill roles quickly and efficiently

  • Stay highly organized while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Meet and exceed sales and placement goals

  • Handle customer service issues professionally and proactively

  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system

  • Be flexible and take on new responsibilities as the branch grows

  • Support branch operations and leadership initiatives

  • Demonstrate leadership potential and prepare for advancement into a Branch Manager role

Qualifications
  • Sales expertise is required (cold calling and B2B sales experience is a must)

  • Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or sales strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented

  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities
