- Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports for any security-related occurrences or emergencies.
- Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring the entry and exit of individuals and vehicles.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by addressing questions or concerns professionally.
